4-H
In 4-H, kids have fun and learn with the help of parents, adult volunteers and older youth members. They meet in homes, neighborhoods, after school, in parks and community centers - with kids who have hte same interests or want to explore something new. This program is for all kids, K through one year past high school. They learn by doing fun projects to teach life skills (including photography, art, plants, robotics, food, animals and more).

American Heritage Girls
AHG is a national character development organization for young women that embraces Christian values and encourages family involvement. Their mission is to "build women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country."

Boys & Girls Club of the Northland
Here youth development professionals create a club experience that ensures members achieve the following priority outcomes: academic success, good character and a healthy lifestyle. They are here "to inspire, prepare and create a solid foundation for our kids and communities." They have locations in Duluth, Lincoln Park and Superior.

Boy Scouts of America
Cub scouting program that is year round and offers fun and challenging activities that promote character with things such as games, ceremonies, service projects and more.

Girl Scouts of America
This is a leadership organization for girls and offers every girl a chance to practice a lifetime of leadership, adventure and success. Their mission is "to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place."

Lake Superior Youth Chorus
This group has three different choirs of varying levels and different focuses. They also have performances listed on their page that you could attend to check out!

Proctor & Hermantown Community Education
Offer a variety of things - sports, Driver's Ed, martial arts, basketball camp and more.

Trail Life USA
This is a Christian outdoor adventure program that emphasizes and teaches biblical moral values. They are outdoor focused with male-centered adult leadership and is character-focused, not awards-focused.
